About the role
The ERP Manager Tech - Lead to Cash plays a critical role in enabling Haleon's enterprise processes through scalable, standardized, and future-ready technology solutions. This position serves as the enterprise-wide technology owner for key Lead to Cash processes within SAP ERP environments, ensuring solutions are designed, governed, delivered, and continuously improved across markets and functions.
What you'll do
- Own the global functional solution, technical standards, governance processes, operational models, and documentation for the end-to-end ERP process
- Define and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision-making frameworks, IT controls, and policies
- Drive standardization and harmonization of ERP solutions across markets and business functions
- Solution Design & Transformation
- Support business process design and continuous improvement activities across all transformation phases, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Sustain
