About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally focused as Global Corporate Services - Travel Data Analyst & Project Management professional to support the management and optimisation of our corporate travel programme.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day travel operations, support travellers with travel-related queries and issues
- Analyse travel and expense data using advanced Excel, including pivot tables, data modelling, Power Query and complex formulas
- Clean, transform, validate and analyse complex travel and expense datasets to generate actionable insights on spend, booking trends, policy compliance
- Define, track and report KPIs covering travel programme effectiveness, cost savings, compliance and supplier service-level agreements
- Lead and support travel-related projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, supplier transitions and programme enhancements; develop plans
