About the role
As the Facility Manager, you enable and secure the smooth operation of the site portfolio by delivering optimized, qualitative, and cost‑efficient facility management services that meet business needs and support both short‑ and long‑term asset performance. You act as the FM Category Manager, owning the FM categories end‑to‑end.
What you'll do
- FM Scope & Category Ownership
- Responsible for the full FM scope, including Energy & Utilities, Cleaning, Waste & Pest Management, Technical installations, General Building Maintenance
- Act as the FM Category Manager, owning the FM categories end‑to‑end: defining strategy, standards, steering suppliers, managing performance
- Act to implement proactive upkeep strategies for customer and colleague’s basis the store segmentation
- Sourcing, Procurement & Contract Delivery
