About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our technology team based in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center implementations and configurations, with a strong understanding of P&C insurance domain processes.
What you'll do
- Responsible for End-to-End solution involving multiple platforms and business solutions within Guidewire Policy Center, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring integrations
- Provide technical leadership in Scrum Teams by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguard the integrity of the application environment
- Function as the go-to technical leader for the software applications supported, requiring depth and breadth of knowledge in technologies, applications, integration
- Understand and implement the overall technical vision for projects, programs, or systems, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts
- Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact schedule and/or budget
