What you'll do

• Keeping up to date with employment legislation relevant to recruitment in the countries you support
• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
• Manage recruitment projects, pipeline critical resources with assistance and guidance from Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS)
• Creating offers and maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
• Supporting the development of position descriptions, and prepare recruitment advertisements
