Supervise & manage day to day operations of ceiling fan assembly lines. Monitor line efficiency, cycle time and manpower utilization Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze RCAs for assembly issues. Collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams for smooth production.
