Ensure Zero Defect / Zero DOA in stator manufacturing Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions Draft & Implement PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan. Implement Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives Adherence to EHS Standards & Safe working practices. Coordination with Production & Maintenance to ensure process improvements
What you'll do
