We are seeking a high-impact Business Transformation Analyst to help modernise the Rights & Royalties operating model through AI-enabled agents, workflow automation, process simplification and measurable efficiency gains.
What you'll do
- Process Transformation & Business Analysis
- Conduct rapid discovery of current-state processes, pain points, root causes, handoffs, control gaps and duplication across Rights
- Design future-state workflows using a transformation lens: Simplify -> Standardise -> Automate -> Augment with AI -> Scale
- Support UAT, adoption, change communication, training aids and post-launch benefit tracking
