- Assist Regional Compliance Lead in drafting / amending policies and procedures for the India Operations based on the changes in the regulatory environment
- Responsible for ensuring effective functioning and smooth implementation of the Compliance Program in India in conjunction with local laws
- Assist Regional Compliance Lead in automation of compliance processes
- Conduct compliance internal monitoring on quarterly basis to assess internal controls and identify potential risks, if any
- Drive Compliance Culture through innovative employee engagement activities annually
