Administrator - Release Management, ServiceNow

About the role

Coordinate release activities with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Implement and maintain deployment standards, rollback strategies, and release procedures. Manage Jenkins servers, agents, plugins, and credentials. Configure integrations with source control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

What you'll do

• This role involves strategic planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployments in environments that include Mainframe, Jenkins
• The Deployment Team is responsible for automating, managing, and supporting application deployments using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• The team ensures reliable, repeatable, and secure software releases across Development, Lower and Production environments
