DataStage Senior Technical Lead

About the role

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and implementing projects utilizing IBM Infosphere DataStage Suite, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL processes and databases while ensuring high performance and reliability of data workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead technical teams in the implementation of projects using ibm infosphere datastage suite, sql, oracle pl/sql, and unix shell scripting
• Design, develop, and optimize etl processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure best practices are followed
