About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who can work closely with business stakeholders, end users, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements. The role will support both new IT initiatives and enhancements, as well as continuous improvement and runtime operations.
What you'll do
- Perform business analysis, requirement elicitation, requirement documentation, gap analysis, and impact analysis
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with business stakeholders and end users to understand business needs, pain points, and expected outcomes
- Translate business requirements into clear requirements/user stories for development and technical teams
- Facilitate requirement discussions, workshops, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions with business and IT stakeholders
