What you'll do
- Monitor Dataverse health, storage, table growth, audit data, retention and service limits
- Troubleshoot data-access, transaction, query, plugin, integration and security-role issues
- Support environment administration, backups, restore requests and controlled data changes
- Provide capacity reports and evidence for incident/RCA analysis
- Coordinate with CIJ, D365, Power Platform and integration teams
