Project Lead

About the role

As a Jira Administrator , you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, configuration, and optimization of the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira Data Center, Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Assets (Insight) . You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide collaboration, IT service delivery, and asset management.

What you'll do

• Administer and configure Jira Data Center & Cloud, including DC-to-Cloud migration (Jira & Jira service Desk)
• Manage Jira Issue types, workflows, screens, permissions, custom fields, automation rules, notifications ,and screen schemes
• Set up and support Jira Service Management (JSM): service desks, SLAs, request types, and portals
• Design and maintain Assets (Insight) schemas
• Support Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and plug-in management
