About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies
- Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations
