About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and internal technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies.
What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, GitHub, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Work with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/VMS systems accurately
- Mentor junior recruiters and share market insights and sourcing best practices
