About the role
The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Simulation team and overseeing Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation using Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer. The primary focus will be on designing and optimizing manufacturing processes through simulation technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What you'll do
- Lead the team in conducting manufacturing simulation to optimize production processes
- Develop and implement simulation proc/design/layout/validation strategies to improve manufacturing operations
- Utilize tecnomatix emplanner/process designer for creating layouts and validating manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of simulation solutions
- Analyze simulation data and provide insights for continuous process improvement
