About the role
Lead and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Commercial Lending initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and release readiness criteria. Partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Agile Squads, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver effective UAT planning, execution, governance, and sign-off.Define and maintain UAT strategy, plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and business acceptance requirements.
What you'll do
- Provide UAT status reporting, quality metrics, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go recommendations.15–20 years of Test Management/UAT Leadership experience
- Assess UAT readiness, including environments, test data, resources, and dependencies
- Lead end-to-end UAT execution, tracking progress, risks, issues, and blockers
- Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, resolution, and retesting
- Manage UAT artefacts including test plans, test cases, RTM, defect logs, execution evidence, and closure reports
