Senior Technical Lead

About the role

REST API design, versioning, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) Asynchronous programming, queues/events (Kafka exposure preferred) Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling (Azure SQL / CosmosDB exposure is a plus) Production-grade troubleshooting skills and a strong quality mindset. Experience working with scalable, high-performance mobile applications

What you'll do

• Design and develop high quality backend services and APIs using NestJS (TypeScript/Node.js) as part of a fast paced, high performing engineering team
• Build scalable and maintainable service layers leveraging NestJS’ modular architecture (modules, controllers, providers) and dependency injection best practices
• Apply architectural best practices including Clean Architecture, layered design, and clear separation of concerns to create maintainable and testable codebases
• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and cross functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and well-defined API contracts
• Take ownership of performance optimization, ensuring services are efficient, scalable, and responsive under real production loads (latency/throughput/concurrency)
