About the role
Looking for more than 8 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/ support environment in SAP BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI) and at least 2 end to end project implementation in SAP S4 BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
What you'll do
- Expertise in functional configuration in SAP BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements
- Work with customer for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day-to-day issues, perform root cause analysis
