What you'll do
- Lead hands-on technical delivery offshore; convert approved architecture into buildable specifications and sprint-ready work
- Own and continuously tune the engineering harness — repository context files, agent instructions, prompt libraries, code templates, evaluation sets and guardrails
- Perform deep technical design for services, APIs, data model, integration and policy enforcement
- Lead agent-assisted code review; set and enforce coding, security and documentation standards
- Mentor the engineering team on agentic SDLC practice; raise the team’s effective output rather than only their own
