Own voice/SBC architecture, high-severity telephony incidents and carrier/vendor escalation.
What you'll do
- Lead advanced SIP, SBC, media, carrier and ACS problem resolution and RCA
- Own SBC HA/DR design, capacity, upgrades, security and architecture governance
- Review high-risk telephony changes, dial plans, certificates and routing design
- Lead carrier and SBC-vendor escalations and validate corrective actions
- Mentor L2 engineers and establish voice monitoring and diagnostic standards
