What you'll do
- Perform L2-level troubleshooting for incidents escalated from L1
- Handle P1/P2 incidents with ownership, drive service restoration within SLA timelines
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or workarounds
- Participate in on-call support / 24×7 rotation
- Administer SQL Server databases: o Query optimisation and performance tuning o Troubleshooting database issues o Monitoring database health and capacity
