By taking greater control over key aspects of connectivity we can provide our users with better user experience, speed and agility, while maintaining operational effectiveness and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Providing PMs input for creating project charters with defined project scope, deliverables, milestones, required budget and governance
- Manage agreed deliverables against the agreed charter, or approved changes through the applicable project/program governance
- Collect and document requirements by specifying the needed functionality, all the non-functional requirements and all dependencies (e.g. cabling
- Get a Shell standards-based design produced and signed off with the design team and design assurance team
- Work via design office with architecture & portfolio to update standards in specific cases
