About the role
The Senior Finance Manager, Services Finance is the strategic finance partner to the Services organization, responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the business. This role partners closely with Services Leadership to provide financial leadership, business insights, and strategic recommendations that influence key operating decisions and long-term business strategy.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Services Leadership Team
- Provide financial leadership and strategic decision support to drive profitable growth and operational excellence
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, resource allocation, organizational design, pricing strategies, and productivity initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives focused on service growth, warranty conversions, customer retention, field service productivity, and operational effectiveness
- Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives to improve business outcomes
