About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join the Expert Services organization and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. The architect will provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow products, define solution architecture, establish platform governance, guide delivery teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation and adoption journeys.

What you'll do

• Solution & Platform Architecture Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned to customer business objectives
• Define technical architecture, platform strategy, instance architecture, and governance standards
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and technical discovery discussions
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and development standards
• Mentor developers, technical consultants, and solution leads
