- Provide L3 support, engineering oversight, and optimization for enterprise observability and vulnerability platforms (Qualys, Elastic, Grafana, etc.)
- Ensure proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and SLA compliance across global environments supporting ICC, SOC, and hybrid infrastructure
