Track Manager - Juniper Network Technologies, Infoblox IPAM

About the role

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing operations for large-scale and complex network environments, with a focus on Data, DDI (Infoblox/Efficient IP), and Juniper technologies. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and empowers technical teams to meet stringent client SLAs.

What you'll do

• Oversee network operations using Juniper and DDI (Infoblox/Efficient IP) platforms, ensuring service reliability, availability, and adherence to client SLAs
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of advanced network data and DDI incidents, utilizing diagnostic tools and in-depth protocol analysis
• Drive process optimization initiatives by analyzing operational workflows and implementing best practices for Juniper and DDI environments
• Mentor and guide technical teams on Juniper device configurations, DDI management, and advanced networking concepts, fostering skill development and operational autonomy
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand evolving network requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Juniper and DDI technologies
