About the role
Summary We are seeking a Tools Engineer to drive the implementation and support for monitoring and observability tools. In this role, you will provide technical hands on and manage the lifecycle of monitoring platforms including Grafana, Django, and Prometheus.
What you'll do
- Implement and manage the lifecycle of monitoring and automation toolsets across infrastructure, applications, and platforms
- Integrate the tools such as Django, Grafana, and Prometheus with enterprise platforms
- Design and create dashboards in the Django, Grafana, and Prometheus for device onboarding, and Compliance measurements
- Drive automation adoption for operational tasks, patching, remediation, configuration, and repeatable infrastructure processes
- Implement dashboard strategy, KPI visibility, and reporting for infrastructure health, service availability, capacity, patch compliance, and automation outcomes
