About the role
The Cyber BPI Project Specialist is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and driving the day-to-day execution of business process improvement initiatives across CDR. The position will bring structure, visibility, and delivery discipline to cross-functional projects focused on process simplification, standardization, automation, data quality, operating-model improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Project Planning and Delivery
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and implementation schedules for assigned BPI initiatives
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across business, operations, technology, data, and change-management workstreams
- Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring owners and due dates are clear
- Proactively identify delivery gaps or schedule risks and escalate them with practical options and recommendations
