About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing stakeholder communication, invoicing, collection strategy and detail-oriented approach. This is a hybrid role from Mumbai Powai location and work hours are 2pm – 11pm IST.
What you'll do
- Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and proactively drive collection activity
- Maintain accurate records and report on account status, activity, and aging trends
- Meet established collection, cash flow, deadline, and performance targets
- Meet monthly with Managing Directors to review DSO, provisions, aging trends, collection performance, and material account risks
- Prepare concise portfolio updates, recommend actions for overdue or at-risk accounts, and document owners, commitments, and follow-up dates
