- Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for Reporting delivery teams, ensuring consistent and effective execution of Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups
- Act as the accountable owner for Agile flow and discipline, ensuring sprint commitments are realistic, achievable, and aligned to business priorities
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery velocity or quality
