Specialist, Global Vendor Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative professional to join Kroll's Global Vendor Management & Governance team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day vendor onboarding, maintenance and offboarding activities, ensuring requests are processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with established vendor governance, risk and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance and offboarding requests through ServiceNow and other vendor management systems
• Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, identify missing or inconsistent information
• Coordinate approvals, track outstanding actions and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to progress requests toward closure
• Maintain accurate vendor records, supporting documentation and request updates in relevant systems
• Support vendor master data maintenance, including vendor information changes, banking updates and related activities in coordination with Finance and Accounts Payable
