- Responsible for Bkt Collection, w-off recovery in lending portfolio
- Managing a Team of Collection Associate and Collection Officers
- Ensuring adequate man power for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms
- Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated
- Specific focus on Non starters and daily visit on delinquent customers
