About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships and Alliances Manager to join our team and drive our strategic partnerships and alliances in the lending industry to drive Visibility, Growth & Business. The ideal candidate should have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of building and managing partnerships across various domains, including marketing, business, and influencers.
What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including fintech companies, industry influencers, marketing agencies, and other relevant entities
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Monitor and manage the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with partnership objectives
