To run initiatives aligned with key business objectives to achieve the bank's goal of business leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead Generation/Logins: Follow up on calls for documents, check document completeness, review financials/bank statements, collect property documents for legal/valuation
- CAM Conditions Review/OBA Review: Conduct monthly churn review for OBA and monthly conditions review for both OBA and CAM
- Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK): Reduce HK, close critical and high aging items, and carry out SVR/Call Memo/plant visit reports
- Stock Insurance/Pro perty Insurance: Communicate premium to customers, collect required documents, and submit to operations
