About the role
Responsible for sales closure through tele-calling and lead generation for asset and liability products via internal and external channels.
What you'll do
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets; Identify suitable products for customers and ensure sales closure
- Meet productivity benchmarks and achieve defined targets; Ensure alignment with efficiency and hygiene parameters
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products; Ensure proper tagging and disposition of leads in the system
- Follow channel guidelines and code of conduct; Maintain system login and hygiene parameters; Ensure accurate call information to minimize complaints
