What you'll do
- Co-ordination for existing process understanding
- Reengineer processes based on business requirements and identify gaps; Coordinate with process teams to gather details and documentation
- Maintain and Publish Process Dashboard
- Monitor and update business dashboards for managed processes; Prepare presentations and costing in collaboration with stakeholders
- New Process Roll outs and feedback management
