- Ensure all documentation/account opening formalities are completed in presence
- Verify authenticity of documents & customer identity
- Ensure all mandatory fields are entered properly and documents are legible
- Ensure photograph for ID proof is clearly visible & matches AOD photo
- Ensure Tatkal kits are available for inductions
