About the role
Safeguard organizational interests through legal means. Represent the bank in all legal matters with Power of Attorney (POA).
What you'll do
- Timely filing of legal cases as per policy
- Issue statutory and reply notices within Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Update legal case status in the legal module
- Maintain accurate MIS and reports on activities (stage and date wise)
- Capture recovery, cost, and share data by the 10th of each month in the prescribed format/legal module
