The role of Sales Officers is based on the requirements of the business model of the channel.
What you'll do
- Manage a minimum of 25 Business Facilitators (BF)/Business Correspondents (BC) across partners of ABC & P
- Engage periodically with BF/BC for training, product updates, information, marketing, and business activation
- Understand the catchment area of BF/BC to support them with products
- Coordinate events (Loan Mela, Test drive, Instant sanction, etc.) for BF/BC
- Drive business objectives and support business initiatives at Partner & bank level
