- Source Business: Achieve PLP targets by sourcing business from allocated branches
- Document Verification and Collection: Responsible for collecting and ensuring all documents (including KYC) are checked in Originals, performing OSV
- Business Development Activities: Conduct business development through activities like leaflet distribution, society and industrial area activities, canopy activity
