About the role
Responsible for sales closure through leads generated for all asset & liability products via Internal & External lead channels of the Bank. SEs must deliver defined daily productivity to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, aligning with key efficiency and hygiene parameters for the product.
What you'll do
- Meet monthly/yearly business targets and maintain productivity benchmarks
- Ensure file pickup & sales closure
- Understand customer needs and sell the right product
- Ensure effective interaction/communication with customers
- Work on feedback from supervisors/training & quality managers regarding appointment quality and customer communication
