About the role
Bancassurance strategy & execution for deliverables through HDFC Bank branches for the assigned area. To manage a team of Area Sales Managers directly and a team of Sales Managers indirectly. Designing, implementing, and executing strategies for continuous growth. Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, LOB wise GWP, market share and other deliverables like engagement, branch activation, renewal etc.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers directly and a team of Sales Managers indirectly
- Designing, implementing, and executing strategies for continuous growth
- Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, LOB wise GWP, market share and other deliverables like engagement, branch activation, renewal etc
- Providing the required training to the team and periodic review of team performance and set agenda in line with organization requirements
- Responsible for timely hiring, maintaining and encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
