About the role
Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation. Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation. Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.
What you'll do
- Visit to Police stations for Police complaints on weekly basis. Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with vendor for verification on weekly basis
- Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis
- Provide updates/solutions on escalations within 24 hours
- Provide detailed feedback on open cases for investigation to internal customers on weekly basis
