What you'll do
- Own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, X, Snapchat and Programmatic DSPs with a focus on CPL/CAC efficiency and ROAS
- Drive social-first full-funnel frameworks: awareness → engagement → consideration → conversion → retention
- Lead experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audiences, placement, bidding, and landing pages
- Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and cross-channel allocation using marginal CAC and incrementality insights
- Oversee measurement infrastructure: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, server-side tagging, offline conversions, and UTM governance. Brand & Integrated Campaigns
