About the role

Develop and conduct sales, product, soft skill and process trainings modules for employees and channel partners in English, Hindi and vernacular language Design and conduct employee training sessions aligned to vintage, productivity levels, zonal needs, and monthly learning themes based on capability needs, topics, and productivity insights in consultation with business teams and Academy team

What you'll do

• Design and conduct employee training sessions aligned to vintage, productivity levels, zonal needs, and monthly learning themes based on capability needs, topics
• Prepare agent training calendars customized by cohort and training priorities
• Maintain and update training trackers, daily dashboards, and online attendance records
• Plan, review, and refine monthly training schedules through a structured review cadence
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend suitable training interventions
