- Achieve overall assigned monthly target of Motor separately
- Recruit, build, develop train the advisor from open market
- Minimum specific no of advisor to be recruited per month
- Generate business through regular visits, engagement and interaction with motor dealer in the assigned area
- Generate business through regular visits and alignment with Bank Branches
