• Responsible for leading the NBFC partnerships for the area/state
• Planning and executing aggressive sales targets, while maintaining budgeted numbers on profitability and productivity
• Responsible for maintaining and encouraging the diversity ratio, controlling attrition, and developing the available resources
• Designing, implementing and executing the local level strategies to achieve top-line, bottom-line and the budgeted wallet share
• Responsible for periodic reviewing of the team performance and setting agendas
