About the role

Review allocated proposals and non-standard referrals and deliver underwriting decision following agreed process at the designated authority level in order to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite. Managing customer interaction, internally as well externally, in an efficient, courteous and timely manner to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Training of internal team members & Intermediaries and client
